  Charter Oak Mechanical LLC excelled at customer service yet again. After business hours, I had an issue with the furnace that led to water leakage. The lady who was on support for emergency repairs was courteous, made note of all the details and promptly called in the technician Eric S, for assistance.
Eric S was punctual, professional, courteous, thorough in his assessment and documentation of the issue and helped remedy the root cause. There was water pooled around the area and he cleaned that up as well.

  I was very impressed by Charter Oak Mechanical. We just moved into our house in Glastonbury and wanted to install a ducted A/C system before the summer. We solicited a few quotes, and Steve was the first to submit an estimate which was very reasonable given the scope of the work. He committed to begin work within only a few weeks.

Robbie and his team were prompt and professional during the installation process. They were always willing to answer questions and were very accommodating of our needs. The work was completed earlier than anticipated, and it was clearly of high quality. I was also impressed with the subcontractors used, especially Angelo who did a fantastic job boxing in the closet ducts.
