If you are in need of an HVAC company in the Hartford that knows what they are doing, this is the company you are looking for.

I recently had them come out to address a problem we were having with our smart thermostat which was in need of extra wiring to avoid a slow battery drain. I had already called the “pros” per the manufacturer’s website to look at it and they simply threw their hands up and concluded it was a compatibility issue….but, it just didn’t smell right to me.

Had Charter Oak stop in for a second opinion, and wouldn’t you know it, I had been misled and they knew exactly how to fix it and proved that the so called “pros” weren’t the experts as advertised. Not only that, but, they really educated me about our system in our new home that we’ve only been in for a year.

I will definitely be calling up Charter Oak for my future HVAC needs and I recommend you do the same.
